Dr Beatrice Mpora, a Medical Doctor & Paediatrician/Child Health specialist & Lecturer, is the Executive Director of the organization since its inception. She has a big heart of serving the poor and vulnerable population especially children and she has dedicated her life this noble course.

Rev Fr Santo Ojok, the Organization Treasurer and founder of the organization, has been at the center of mobilizing financial support to the organization that saw the building of the health unit in community return sites. He has also donated a place for creation of a recreational center for Kairos Youth.

Mr Mwetwale Mpora Christopher, a professional teacher, administrator and an Assistant Academic Registrar at Gulu University. He is the administrator of Kairos and also a founder member. His administrative prowess has sailed the organization thrive through.

Miss Atim Irene is a founder, and a nursing officer. She worked with AVSI before going back to upgrade in nursing. Her experience in humanitarian organization work during insurgency in the region contributed to some of the Kairos foundation ideology.
